Beat release checklist
Before a beat-based song leaves the studio, collect the practical release details in one place: final audio, Release packet notes, Credits and splits, delivery files, and upload timing.
Release packet
- Project title, artist name, producer name, BPM, key, contact line, and delivery date.
- Beat license terms or agreement notes saved next to the final files.
- Stem delivery note with WAV stems, reference mix, and missing items.
Credits and splits
- Producer credit line written exactly as it should appear in release copy.
- Master split and publishing split notes checked with every contributor.
- Any sample, loop, or interpolation question marked before upload.
